First Life Financial Corporation (FLFC) is a new Insurance Holding Company in formation to develop and distribute financial guaranty contracts. As an Insurance Holding Company in formation, FLFC may be subject to the various Insurance regulations in each state within the United States and within each country it wishes to underwrite its business.
